Ryan Smith is the co-manager of multiple investment funds, which specialize in investing, both directly and indirectly, in mobile home parks and self-storage assets representing more than 20,000 units located in more than 25 states.

 Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. An athlete, he was highly recruited for both baseball and basketball and was drafted as a senior in high school by the Baltimore Orioles, and again in college by the Anaheim Angels. 

Mr. Smith pursued his athletic talents by playing baseball throughout his college experience. Mr. Smith currently serves on the board of Young Life College – UCF and is a member of the Advisory Board for the National Christian Foundation’s Orlando chapter. Mr. Smith lives in Orlando with his wife and four children.

Paul Shorrosh is a healthcare entrepreneur and operator who turned frustration with outdated hospital systems into a $20M ARR success story. After earning his MSW and MBA with concentrations in healthcare administration, Paul built a career in hospital administration and Revenue Cycle Management before founding AccuReg Software in 2005. Bootstrapped from the ground up, AccuReg grew into a leading patient access and revenue cycle platform, serving 300 hospitals across 35 states with a team of 135 before being acquired by Optum/UHG in 2022. Along the way, Paul held leadership roles on the boards of Mass Eye & Ear Hospital, Hope for Haiti, and the National Association of Healthcare Access Management, where he also chaired the Industry Standards Committee. Now retired, Paul splits his time between Boston and Mobile, AL, while dedicating himself to mentoring founders who are building companies that make a lasting impact. His journey from bootstrapping to exit has equipped him with hard-earned lessons he now shares with entrepreneurs seeking to scale with purpose and resilience.
