When my mom passed away in 2017, it destroyed me.
It was the most painful moment I've experienced in my entire life and career. At the time, I didn't have the tools to help me cope so I escaped my reality with alcohol and drugs.
I could no longer show up to work and these unhealthy behaviors costed me not being able to see my son for a few months…this was the darkest period of my life.
But I took all of that pain and hurt I was feeling inside and used it as my fuel to learn and practice the tools that would help me process the pain & get me out of that state of suffering.
It was the pain and adversity of my mom passing away that led me to discovering the modalities that helped me eliminate my suffering. I knew I had to share my experience with the world and that's when my new company AlterCall was born.
My adversity became my authority.
