If you’ve ever followed my journey in the media, here are a few things you probably know: I am a Serial Entrepreneur who went from a gang member to a businessman with over $2 billion in sales. I led a $792M exit as the former CEO of ViSalus, am a #1 NYT best selling author of Nothing To Lose, Everything To Gain, and the follow-up, From Rock Bottom to Rockstar. I once turned my company’s revenue from $6M in debt, to $150M in profit in 16 months. I was named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the year in 2012, received a number of other accolades along the way, and founded a successful venture fund.

I have many career highlights, and many misses too.

Here’s what you probably don’t know. On the surface I looked like I had it all, but deep down I never felt I was the entrepreneur I had the potential to be.

So, 6 years ago I started over. I re-thought everything I had learned, and found my spirituality. I committed to rooting myself in purpose. In contribution. And to leave a legacy that makes the world better than I found it.

I believe in building massively successful businesses. But I no longer see this work as separate from these more powerful ambitions. AlterCall and Spiritual Entrepreneurship is my final experiment, an evolution of entrepreneurship - spiritual purpose and personal vision aligned with business mission - enabling leaders around the world to live out what they are meant to do. This is my new story.

Tara Daylami is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from USC. With 16 years of experience, she has worked in various mental health settings, including mental health clinics and high-end residential facilities, where she has worked with professionals and celebrities. Tara also has a research background in addiction and has worked on NIH-funded studies at USC and UCLA. She currently works directly with NFL Pro Athletes and High Performing Business Leaders to unlock their potential and show up as the best possible leader that they are capable of.

Jess is a Chief Brand Strategist and Fractional CMO, elevating the profiles of numerous brands, including Meta/Facebook, Netflix, and international blockbusters across a 20-year global career. A vision shaper - uniquely bilingual in breakthrough brand positioning and scaling/ROI, she spearheaded Meta's global brand and Original Content go-to-market initiatives, including the 2021 Facebook re-brand to Meta, their first-ever Olympics sponsorship, and the monumental 2020 Presidential Election voter registration drive.

Al rahooh

Al is a Ph.D. candidate at UCLA focusing on healthcare reform via technology and has worked in collaboration with Apple, Johns Hopkins and Stanford. A former NASA software and data scientist, he has worked across startups in web development, augmented reality, machine learning, and MedTech AI. Al additionally co-founded LeNgineer, which produced an artificial intelligence framework tools for the Space Launch System, funded by NASA.

Adam is our Head Coach specializing in our Abundance Experience. He has been performing at the highest levels in business in the last 8 years. He is incredible at holding people to their highest self and he has helped companies scale to millions of dollars in revenue. Details & Logistics

The same home where Ryan's transformation, as well as the transformations of hundreds of other entrepreneurs have taken place.

Events take place twice per month, every other month, with options Fridays-Sundays; and Sundays-Tuesdays.

Pick-up for the opening orientation is 9:30am on day 1 of the event. Participants should be in Los Angeles and ready for game-time by then. As the event concludes late night on day 2, participants should prepare to depart afternoon the following day to allow for extended networking and integration.

We recommend all participants stay at the Lowes Hotel Hollywood. Other arrangements can be discussed with our enrollment staff.

AlterCall provides pick-up and drop-off to The Lowes Hotel Hollywood, our preferred accommodation. Airfare and airport transportation is managed directly by participants.

We recommend casual, comfortable attire suited for movement (e.g. sneakers, athleisure etc.). Hiking boots not required but we do suggest sneakers with decent grips if participants plan to join the hikes. While the majority of the event is indoors, please bring layers as LA cools at night.
